'So Bar' sits in the beating heart of Richmond London providing its customers with tantalising home-made cocktails and scrumptious food all served in a gorgeous, warmly-lit venue.

The owners of 'So Bar' reached out to Audio Volt for assistance on upgrading their current sound system. 'So Bar' needed a professional PA system to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere during the day and a crowd-pleasing pumping sound system for evenings and weekend events.

Our audio design team at Audio Volt choose the excellent Apart Audio MASK6CT 6.5 inch two -way wall speakers working at 16 Ohms. Not only do they look great but they sound fantastic, providing a truly powerful output of 150W RMS each.

Next up was two Apart Audio SUBLIME ultra-compact 6.5 inch passive subwoofers. These along with the MASK6CT's provided a warm, deep bass with a clear high-end and just the right amount of mid-range.

IMG Stageline is a live-event focused brand of amplifiers and signal processing equipment. The STA-1500A is a 2 x 700W power amplifier is able to operate in stereo mode, mono parallel mode or mono bridge mode. We paired it with the flexible MMX-602 6 channel audio mixer by IMG Stageline. Its built-in EQ gives 'So Bar' the ability to balance the sound throughout the day to suit the acoustics of the building.
