1.4 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Inta Audio Computer Systems Ltd (Audio Volt), whose registered office is at Unit 6 Amphion Business Park, Silverstone Drive, Coventry, CV6 6PD, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales No 4184460. (hereafter referred to as "we", or "our" or "us").
2.0 General
2.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
2.2 If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.
2.3 Product Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
3.0 Ordering
3.1 The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Audio Volt.
3.2 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once the products you ordered have been dispatched unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
3.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
3.3.1 where goods are no longer available;
3.3.2 where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment or suspect fraud;
3.3.3 if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
3.3.4 if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3.5 Audio Volt reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether, including, but not limited to, prohibiting sales to resellers. In any such event the consumer will be refunded immediately.
4.0 Pricing
4.1 All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include all taxes (where applicable) at the current rates but do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
4.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are displayed on each product page of this website.
4.3 Our prices are reviewed daily and while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
5.0 Payment
5.1 Audio Volt takes payment immediately and all goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
5.2 In the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Audio Volt will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from this website you consent to such checks being made. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
5.3 If, using our currency selector, you have chosen to display our prices in Euros or US Dollars instead of UK Pounds; you will still be charged and invoiced in UK Pounds sterling as we do not accept foreign currency. At the point of payment, your card issuing bank will convert the amount paid in UK pounds to Euros / US Dollars using their current exchange rate. Please bear in mind our Euro / US Dollar display is a guide and that your bank exchange rate may be different to our online display and will reflect on your card statement.
6.0 Delivery
6.1 Delivery charges apply to all orders unless otherwise stated.
6.2 We deliver goods to the same address as the Credit / Debit card used is registered or to a place of work.
Please note: When shipping to an alternative address this may delay your order whilst security checks are performed. Except in cases where payment has been made by Bank transfer and the funds have fully cleared against our account. If you would like to pay via Internet banking please contact [email protected] to obtain our bank details.
6.3 On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Audio Volt is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises Audio Volt of such within three working days from the date of delivery.
6.4 All Deliveries (excluding postal items) must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over so please ensure there is somebody in to receive the ordered items. If nobody is at home our couriers will leave a card allowing you to rearrange for a second delivery attempt the next working day (Monday to Friday). If your delivery fails for a second time it will be taken back to the local depot. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel at this point.
6.5 Please note that non-UK shipping costs may vary depending on location and the size and weight of the goods. You will be contacted should this situation arise. If you are not shipping to a country within the European Union then you may be liable for Import Duty and VAT charges. Please check with a customs office in your country for information.
6.6 Delivery charges and estimated time scales are specified on our product pages. Unless otherwise agreed with you and subject to clause 14, delivery of the goods will be within 30 days beginning with the day after you ordered the goods. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
7.0 Availability of Goods
7.1 All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone and will have the option either to wait until the item is available, replace it with an alternative model or to cancel your order.
8.0 Statutory Guarantee
8.1 All goods supplied by Audio Volt are guaranteed for defects for 12 months from the date of supply unless otherwise stated. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8.2 Should the goods develop a fault within the stated guarantee period, you should notify Audio Volt in writing via Post, Fax or Email. You will be issued with a RMA Returns No. (See Returns and Refunds Policy)
8.3 If your faulty item(s) are under 30 days old we will replace the item if stock is available and still current. For items that are over 30 days old Audio Volt will send your faulty item(s) back to the manufacturer for repair within the 12 month period.
8.4 This does not apply for items that carry a manufacturer's onsite warranty.
9.0 Your Right to Cancel
9.1 Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item until within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right. This will apply to your order unless you order video, DVD, audio, multimedia and software products where the item has been unsealed. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods but not a service provided by us, such as a gift-wrap service or a special delivery service. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused and packaging intact.
9.2 Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, if you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
9.3 You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for the following items:
9.3.1 All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear;
9.3.2 Bespoke orders and products that require fixed installation;

10.3 Please state clearly your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the item you wish to cancel and the reason for cancelling.
10.4 Please note that you may be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty, we charge a 25% re-stocking fee for unsealed items. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge our costs of collection to you.
10.5 Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.
10.6 Damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products must be reported to Audio Volt within three working days from the date of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with the full details including serial number of the product as this will assist us to expedite the return of your product.
10.7 Your statutory rights are not affected.
11.0 Returns and Refunds Policy
11.1 If you would like to return an item please contact Audio Volt on 02476 36 98 98 to obtain an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number you can attach this to the paperwork and return the item(s) to Returns – Audio Volt, Unit 6 Amphion Business Park, Silverstone Drive, Coventry, CV6 6PD, providing it meets the following criteria:
11.2 Goods must be returned as sold, i.e in the original packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in NEW condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
11.3 Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
11.4 Any free gifts, or bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
11.5 In the event of an authorised return without the original packaging, Audio Volt reserves the right to apply a re-stocking fee.

11.7 Please note: You must organise the return of unwanted items at your expense. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number.
12.0 Governing Law And Jurisdiction
12.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12.2 We do not warrant that materials/ items for sale on the website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
13.0 Impossibility Of Performance
Audio Volt shall be relieved of its obligations to perform the contract to the extent that the performance thereof is prevented by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, industrial dispute, war, labour disturbance, inclement weather or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
14.0 Miscellaneous
14.1 You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
14.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
14.3 Only the parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
